I love Wendy's Baconator. Although I feel a but nauseated from all the fat, I still enjoy it.

The high fat content in the food makes one really stuffed and full. It gives consumers the feeling of "WOW, that was satisfying". Unfortunately, these meals are high in Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) or the bad Cholesterol. Even if they have veggies in them, the effects of the LDL is damaging.

Sinfully delicious hub!

Wow, interesting - fortunately I'm lucky enough not to have a weight problem but I fear gluttony is becoming a major issue :-)

Yikes! I once got into an argument with my best friend because she was convinced Quizno's was healthy haha, had to set her straight. I never said it wasn't delicious though!

I used to eat 'healthy' grain bars until a friend pointed out they had more fat & sugar content than chocolate, all the stuff they use to glue them together is not so healthy :-)

thurs, you're right. No one should ever eat any of the dishes you mentioned. However, I sure do wish those meals had been available back when I was a teenager and in my early 20s -- you know, back in the days when I had a rapid-fire metabolism that quickly burned up any "junk" I consumed.
